Successful Essentials Counseling, LLC exists because I believe support should reflect your reality, not a one-size-fits-all model. Through my partnerships with the Washington State Department of Health, Department of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR), and the Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) we provide individualized vocational rehabilitation employment services, and supports to people with disabilities who want to work but face substantial barriers in finding meaningful and sustained employment we also conduct vocational assessments, offer independent living services through DVR. We provide mental health services to Washington State's Medicaid-integrated HIV Early Intervention Program (EIP), and DSHS Foundational Community Supports (FCS) employment services. Additionally, we providing mental health counseling and life coaching for those seeking clarity, confidence, and stronger decision-making skills to enhance your future.

Successful Essentials wants to continue to help people use their strengths and desires to gain achievable goals that leads to a life changing event of independence, stability and employment opportunities and creating well mental health and a healthy positive way of living, and reach as many people in the community we can. The objectives are to advocate for policy change, education, and work to change negative perceptions of the underserved individuals who live with disabilities. We create a safe space to cultivate and celebrate personal and professional growth.
